Warranty & Information

Warranty:

Jayco Industries, manufacturer of the Letter Locker®, JB Bookends and related products, offers a limited lifetime warranty. With proof of purchase, our products are conditionally warranted for as long as you own it. The warranty extends to manufacturing defects and any failure of moving parts under normal use. However, the warranty does not extend to deliberate or accidental damage or lock replacement. This warranty does not extend to finishes, rust, improper installations, or misuse.

Returned Goods:

Goods returned for credit, exchange, or repair cannot be accepted without authorization from Letter Locker. All returns must have an RGA (returned goods authorization) number assigned to it before you ship the goods back to Letter Locker. All RGA’s must be shipped freight prepaid. The RGA number must be present on the box when shipping back to Letter Locker; we will not accept any returned goods without an RGA number. A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be assessed. However, this amount is subject to the quality of the goods upon receipt. A credit will be given to your account no more than 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods. If your order was damaged during transit, we will file the claim and at which time we will request the goods back and we will send you a replacement immediately. Claims for shortages will be processed only if you did not sign for the quantity that we stated we shipped to you. Once you have signed for the goods, you are responsible for the shipment. Any custom or non-stocking products cannot be returned; all sales are final on such sales. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.

Freight:

On orders of $5,000.00 or more we ship Full Freight Allowed from Apple Valley, California. When we ship FFA we reserve the right to choose which carrier will ship the goods. All other orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise noted. We also ship internationally.
